We offer comfortable lease terms with rent payments due every 28 days. A payment plan will be sent over to you after the co-living agreement is signed for your reference. The payment is adjusted by day count for the remainder of days, if at the end of your stay, your lease runs for less than 28 days.
Room changes are always a possibility depending on if any other rooms are empty and it will incur an additional cleaning fee pending approval. You can always contact us at [email protected] for possibility of a room change.

You need to contact us at [email protected] with a written 30-day prior notice. Although it is very unlikely, we cannot guarantee that we would always be able to renew your lease.
As we provide co-living environments, you will be living with either 2 or 3 other roommates depending on your location and unit layout.
In most cases, rooms come with shared bathrooms. But master rooms with private bathrooms are also offered in select locations.
When living in an apartment, based on the unit’s layout, you will typically share the bathroom with 2 roommates, The option for Master bedrooms with private bathrooms is always available.
No, most of our apartments do not have a living room.
Yes, all of our apartments come with a fully furnished, shared kitchen, including a small dining area, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and appliances.
Yes, all utilities including unlimited Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water bills are all generally included in the rental price. There are no additional costs that are paid monthly.
Your room will be prepared with new bed linens and deep cleaned before being handed over to you. You have an obligation to leave the room in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
All our locations either have in-unit or on-site laundry machines.
Parking may or may not be available depending on the location in question. We usually agree to provide you with parking for the price if your stay is at the very least for a year. Contact [email protected] for additional information.
Some room types have locks that can be locked from the inside but not from the outside. Locks are not placed on your bedroom door due to building fire code obligations. We prefer to prioritize the general security of our co-living units and overall safety.
Yes, you are free to invite your friends or family to the apartment, but they cannot stay overnight.
As long as you have space, and the room was left in the same state as it was delivered to you before your move-in, you may bring in small furniture.
First of all, we would recommend you to have an open discussion to resolve any household issues with your roommates. If the situation cannot be resolved, we will ask you to contact us at [email protected].
Most of our locations have a concierge security desk. Additionally, a key fob is required to enter the building.
We will have a local coordinator come over to you on your specified move-in date in order to facilitate your move-in and show you the many facilities of the building. You need to let us know at least 24hs prior to your arrival time for your check-in at [email protected].
